At our company, we are committed to providing comprehensive and effective management services to skilled nursing facilities. Our team of experienced professionals brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the healthcare industry, including managing long-term care facilities and overseeing regulatory compliance.

Compliance

 

Through our management services, we aim to enhance operational efficiency, improve resident

 outcomes, and create a positive work environment for staff. We prioritize transparency and open communication in all our dealings, and strive to build strong partnerships with our clients based on mutual trust and respect.

Clinical

 

We provide an interdisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, assistants, therapists, dietitians, and social workers dedicated to providing personalized care for each resident.  Our goal is to help residents meet their  potential physically and emotionally during their stay. 

Staffing 

 

We understand the unique challenges that skilled nursing facilities face from staffing. Our goal is to provide customized solutions that meet the specific needs of each facility, while also supporting the broader mission of delivering care to residents.

Reimbursement 

 

There are many changes being made to nursing home reimbursement policy and procedures. Empower Healthcare wants you to know that we are prepared to help you navigate the complex reimbursement systems so you have appropriate reimbursement processes in place.
